$1 of every eBook sold is being donated to In-House Hospice, an organization that sent an angel to help my mother and our family at our most desperate time of need -- at the end of her life.

God bless all the angels that help us cope, and move forward, on this Earth without those
we love so very much.

Amen.

WATCH FOR THE NOVEL NEXT YEAR, AND HOPEFULLY A MOVIE TO FOLLOW. THE WORLD NEEDS TO TO KNOW THIS STORY.  IT'S MY MESSAGE TO DELIVER.

My Story

Religion is faith-based, but most of us in today's society have a "need to see it to believe it" mentality.  I know I do.  My faith was shaken when I stood by my mother's side as she slowly died from cancer.  What was all this for?  I asked her.  She told me she was experiencing this for God.  What kind of God would require anyone to go through that kind of torture, I cried.  She assured me there was a God and he is a good God, that our lives were meant to be to lived through our experiences, to learn and grow in empathy for all of humanity.

As an average married mother of three, living a stable life in a small Michigan town, I've went out on a limb by documenting and publishing both the experience of my mother's battle with inflammatory breast cancer, and the experience of watching her die.  Authoring a series of columns for a local newspaper in a relatively small community set me up for ridicule, which I was prepared for.  But if anyone thought I was crazy, they never said as much.  I did however get quite a few accolades for stepping out on that ledge and even a few compliments and thanks for sharing such a rare and momentous occasion with complete strangers.

It may seem too personal to share these experiences but as a writer I've felt compelled to come forth and document it for others to know the truth, or what I've come to know as the truth.  My mother, God bless her, would have wanted me to share the knowledge to help others cope with losing a loved one -- just as she allowed me to document her fight against cancer.

This whole process has led me to writing an inspirational book that I hope will help you cope with the loss of a loved one, as my experience has helped me.  Some say, "but I watched my loved one die, and I saw nothing, how come?"  I don't know why there is or isn't any paranormal activity surrounding an individual's experience.  Maybe it is there, but they don't have an open mind to accept it, so they don't see it. But for every person who sees nothing there is another who sees or feels something. It might be just as simple as feeling a brush against their skin or a smell in the air that reminds them of their father's cologne. I have heard many stories of signs.

There have been many signs of life after death in my life since I can remember but there are times in my life I have been disconnected from the spiritual side of myself and neglected to pay attention.

Never again will I doubt that we do live on.  The evidence is just too painstakingly clear.  And I hope that you have the opportunity to see it just as clearly as I did, if you haven't already.

God bless and be well.
